AFAH Logo RGB 600x200

Dear Friends,

American Friends of ALYN Hospital (AFAH) is proud to announce the launch of a new logo and tagline, which better define our brand and mission.

Our organization has grown and evolved over the last several years, and we felt it was time for a change. We have refreshed our logo to reflect who we are today and symbolize our commitment to ALYN Hospital.

Why did we change our logo?

ALYN Hospital recently underwent a rebranding initiative, so we took the opportunity to give our own brand a new feel. We sought a brand image that had the look of ALYN Hospital’s logo, but with its own unique design.

What does the new logo represent?

  • In using ALYN Hospital’s new logo within our design, we are highlighting the close relationship between ALYN and AFAH.
  • The colorful circles were added around the ALYN Hospital logo to symbolize the mission of AFAH — to support the life-changing work of ALYN Hospital — and to symbolize a community of supporters around one single cause.
  • The variety of colors and widths of the circles represent ALYN’s value of respecting diversity and embracing differences.
  • The kinetic movement of the circles represents the energy that ALYN Hospital and AFAH infuse into their mission and work.

We have also chosen a new tagline: “Our support. Their success.” The message is twofold: First, the work we do at AFAH supports ALYN Hospital, helping them fulfill their mission of providing best-in-class rehabilitation to the children in their care and, second, we share ALYN Hospital’s ultimate goal of ensuring the success of the children, by empowering them with independence and mobility to live within the framework of their families and a supportive community.

We want to send a special thanks to the team at Beth Singer Design for working with us to create the beautiful and meaningful new logo and tagline.

As we approach Rosh Hashana, we celebrate new beginnings in many forms. The new logo and tagline give us a new, fresh way to represent our vision for AFAH.
