The Jay and Phyllis Safier Memorial Fund was established in 2019 by Jay Safier as a tribute to his late wife, Phyllis. His vision was to support the volunteer program for ALYN’s PELE division (Personalized Equipment Leading to Empowerment). PELE is part of ALYN’s Innovation Space and is a hub of high-tech creativity where customized, affordable adaptive solutions are developed for children with disabilities. These solutions are to assist the children in daily activities, increasing their independence.

With Jay’s recent passing, the family is continuing Phyllis and Jay’s philanthropic legacy and supporting this vital program. Thank you for honoring their memory and impacting the lives of children with disabilities around the world.
